Non refundable payment in full for reservation. In the event of an illness, contact us for possible rescheduling of your event.

We require a card on file for damages and incidentals.

All guests are required to complete our cleaning list during their reserved rental time, unless you’ve chosen our additional “ We Clean” package at the time of your reservation. If this list is not completed to our standards, your card on file will be charged a fee of $75. The venue must be decorated and cleaned within your rental time. Any time past your reserved rental time, your card on file will be charged at your rental rate.
